a simple yet challenging yoga flow. www.LesRomack.com more high quality videos coming soon. i put this together using some still photos that i have. we are working on getting some great high quality videos posted really soon...check back soon! this is a great flow to work the upper body and get a good stretch for the legs and the front of the body. remember to breath in deeply..all the way into your lungs/lower back and stomach. don't hold your breath at all..just keep breathing. keep your shoulders down away from your ears...pull your shoulder blades down toward the middle of your back. this is pretty challenging..if you have a hard time with it at first just keep trying..you will get stronger! enjoy! please note..the video quality is MUCH better if you download and watch on the veoh player..=)
Another fitness video I put together with some still photos. Look better naked!!! Start in a bridge. Make sure your weight is in your shoulders and heels..NOT your neck and toes... You want your ankles right under the knees or just in front of them. Push your hips up and hold them there. Extend one leg out then bring it back to the bridge and repeat without moving the hips. Make sure you do both sides.
