Balance Flow Yoga 03:04

This is a balance flow that will work your arms shoulders and legs..with a focus on your butt. It is pretty hard but with practice it will get easier. Be sure to find a spot that is not moving and stare at that ..it will make it easier to balance. Look better naked! Check out my website for more fitness info and recipes etc... www.LesRomack.com

  • Another fitness video I put together with some still photos. Look better naked!!! Start in a bridge. Make sure your weight is in your shoulders and heels..NOT your neck and toes... You want your ankles right under the knees or just in front of them. Push your hips up and hold them there. Extend one leg out then bring it back to the bridge and repeat without moving the hips. Make sure you do both sides.
