Oil, Smoke & Mirrors offers a bleaker view of present global circumstances than many of us would dare consider. It deals with issues that are largely marginalized, if not ignored, in the discourse of mainstream media and politics. Through a series of impressively candid, informed and articulate interviews, this film discusses the "war on terror" in the wider context of an imminent and critical divergence between available global oil supply and increasing global oil demand.
