This is the very first episode that Hiroki-kun appears in. It looks like Hiroki is the hero of this episode. Enjoy!
Kakeru is sent to Paris to catch those chef monkeys! He was lucky to escape from Natsumi's terrible cooking... Enjoy! More Season 1 episodes are coming. I am sorry that I couldn't find the Season 2 episodes, they got cut off.
Kakeru and Hiroki sets on a journey to find Kohta. It seems...why does it take 9 episode to figure out Kohta is gone? Oh well, enjoy!
This is the 3rd of Season 1 of the Ape Escape anime. This is also the first episode Specter ever starred in. Enjoy.
In this episode, Kakeru and his gang recall their monkey-catching memories in the last 12 episodes. There is nothing much to say. Enjoy!
For some Ape Escape fans who don't know who is that villian who is seen in the beginning of the episode, this is Pipotron J. He is the villian of the first season and the villian behind placing the Pipo Helmet on Specter (kohta), as you have seen earlier in Episode 1. Pipotron J is the tall one who came out first in the beginning. Pipotron G is the gorilla looking pipotron. Pipotron Kuratsuku is the shortest pipotron, and Pipotron Meta is the weird looking pipotron who stands on it's tail. Pipotron J also appears in Ape Escape Million Monkeys (PS2). This episode is also the first episode that features Haruka (Helga) in the anime. Enjoy! P.S: Charu (Casi) doesn't appear until the episode after this episode, but I don't have episode 14. I am trying my best to get the season 1 episodes. The episodes I have uploaded are extremely rare, ever since that youtube account that post the latest episodes of Ape Escape anime is suspended. That's why I was trying to save the anime, in case that event happens.
I was very lucky to find this episode. I thought this episode is lost forever! Anyway, I will continue my hunt for more of season 1's episodes. This episode is after the first episode, where Kakeru left on his adventure to catch one monkey... Note: Finding the episodes for the 2nd season won't be easy for now....
This episode is based on one of Japan's sacred festivals: Obon, which means the Bon Festival. The Bon Festival comes on July 15 (same date as this episode came on air). Obon is a festival with origins in the Buddhist urabon ceremony of giving offerings to one's parents and other ancestors. That's just a bit of facts about Japanese culture to help understand this episode, and ENJOY!
This is the second episode where Kakeru and Haruka have a nice moment together. Enjoy!
Here is Episode 43 of Saru Get Chu ~On Air~ 2nd. It looks like Ukki Yellow is disturbing everyone's lunch....
