Trailer: This short public service announcement shows old footage of comical characters as a laugh track plays in the background. The scene then cuts to a man standing alone in his kitchen with an alcoholic drink and a depressed look on his face. The narrator then says, “Getting drunk is really not so funny.” The film does include some vintage Charlie Chaplin footage.
