HOT Guild defeats the Barracoon champion in Despise dungeon in record time.
HOT Guild is on a roll this evening, dispatching Lord Oaks and his queen Silvani. This video only shows the final 2 stages of the spawn.
A lot of misinformation is being posted on how well a Greater Dragon does in PVP combat. Here you will watch a mage take direct hits from a Greater Dragon for almost two minutes. The Greater Dragon is fully trained with 116.1 Wrestling (its maximum). The player has 120 Wrestling, 20 Parrying (from human ability), 16% Defense Chance Increase, 63 Physical and 70 Fire resistances. The Greater Dragon only does about 40-45 damage in its melee strikes and 60 with its Fire Breath. Sorry for no sound, forgot to disconnect headphones.
This video drops you right into the action. Let me recap what happened prior to tuning in. HOT was working the Despise champion spawn when VIP crashed during level 2. HOT was not prepared and were quickly dispatched. VIP then decided to taunt HOT and let us have time to regroup and do a proper counter-attack. About 10 minutes later HOT drops full force into Despise. VIP realizes there is no way they can hold us back so they field off the west bridge while the rest take down Barracoon. Then it is an all out fight on the island. HOT quickly pushes VIP all the way back to the east bridge but then is stalled. If HOT advances, VIP will exploit the bridge's line of sight bug and attack point blank with Withers and Titan's Hammer. For the next 20 minutes HOT holds them off. But then some blue players attack from the west bridge and pick off any criminals or murderers. VIP pushes as this happens and HOT gets trapped between both parties. The broken east bridge and double sided attack saves VIP from certain defeat.
Here it is! The first (sort of) exciting large PVP group battle video screen capture of amazement! It starts off with [VIP] guild (also known as BYC, GG, and a million other allied guilds to hide their true numbers) doing the Despise champion spawn for once. [HOT] guild finds out about it and quickly gathers to raid. Near the end of level 3 of the spawn [HOT] begins the assault from the west bridge. Unfortunatly I didn't move the character in closer sooner. But a few moments later you can see all of VIP's defense and some of HOT attacking. When VIP thinks they have the advantage they rush off the bridge but HOT repels and kills most of them. HOT then rushes the island and takes out the rest. A few moments later Barracoon is killed and HOT captures a solid victory. PS - Anyone notice how virtually every VIP is on a necromancer? Hmm, I wonder why.
Sorry for no sound. I attack Big Angry Crunch [VIP] and chase him all over the place. After a couple minutes of solo fighting a bunch of other people attack him as well and he goes down. Also, does anyone notice he has a second Cu Sidhe following him around? What is all that about, it takes 4 follower slots so does he have 8?
No sound sorry. Another fight with Jade of True Britannians. It ends with her hiding in a house as usual.
The VIP! guild on Atlantic shard is once again exploiting the Peacemaking bug to its fullest. They have their Necromancers with Peacemaking running around Despise completely safe from harm. I followed one of them for several minutes. In the video you will see the instrument charges decay at an impossible rate. Later on you will also see the peacemaking spam messages when you enter war mode. When confronted about their actions they quickly stop using Peacemaking. It is very clear because they start taking damage, one player almost died even. Also notice how the only spell being casted is Wither. From level 1 to level 4.
HOT guild has been doing Despise spawns in hopes VIP would come raid. When they do it is a nice fight because both sides are ready. But then it changes! N2D guild shows up and begins attacking from the East bridge. HOT guild manages to repel both guilds, kill the champion and get away.
Sorry there is no sound because I recorded this on main computer. It starts off with me attacking Macro [COW]. He tried to gank me earlier. I have to retreat when Mara [VIP] joins in. He eventually gets guard wacked. Macro's dog almost dies when I ignore him and just go for it. Then the faction fighting starts up. Dragar Nefaris comes out and tries to gank with Aeyko. Jade and I team up on Dragar and he goes down. Aeyko runs away. I continue fighting Macro but a few seconds later 4 TB come to gank me. I take off towards Yew and stop to fight Jade. She is scared to come into the same room as me until her backup arrives. They eventually dismount, mortal me many times and finally kill me.
