Pepsi of HOT was dueling some LUB, I don't know the LUB's main name. He ends up losing. After I stopped the recording he proceeds to Pepsi who had gone AFK for a minute. I got to resurrect him when LUB begins to gank me. After I talk with him a bit. He makes some excuses and then starts saying I should go get a chick. I guess this is the level of LUB PVP.
VIP were chasing my stealther in Despise. I hid and started up the video real quick. They stand around for a few moments, thinking I had already left through the teleporter. One even walks on top of me but must have missed the system message informing them that someone was hidden there. The same person encounters an "invisible wall", but rather than investigate they walk around me. VIP are completely inept when it comes to tracking down hidden players.
Back to back fights, a repeat of last night but with a different result! HOT Guild holds the island for over 30 minutes. VIP and COW then coordinate a giant push which knocks out HOT. But HOT quickly regroups and heads back full force, taking no prisoners. The champion is promptly defeated. I sped up some parts to cut down the video length. I also left out the repetitive music to keep down file size.
Here is an exciting movie of the fight between UO's largest guild [HOT] and the never giving up unless they do [VIP]. The fight is heavily one-sided in HOT's favor. When VIP gets a lucky break taking down several HOT at once, the multi-directional attacks between VIP and V-C are enough to push HOT from the island. In this video I have cut out the boring times when there is no fighting, as noted by the fade to black scenes.
HOT crashes LUB at the Despise champion spawn. They manage to kill the champion before we get on the island. But they are quickly pushed right off the island back to the east bridge. They hide on there to resurrect their fallen members. When ready they push out from what is normally VIP's house and we are forced to retreat. When is this ridiculously broken bridge going to be fixed?
First new video in a while! No sound to keep down file size. These are all clips from last night. Sped up most of the time 250%. Part 2 coming soon.
Here is a quick clip cut from another video. You get to see one player run through literally 2 or 3 dozen Ophidian monsters like they were a pack of mongbats. At least half are magic casting too, so they don't have to be right next to the player to deal damage. Then you get to watch said monsters be dispatched by a single player casting the same spell 6 times, killing off most of the spawn. That spell is called Wither and only take 14 mana to cast. But that doesn't matter at all because Wraith Form + Wither against that many targets means Mana doesn't matter. It doesn't matter just like having 2 dozen Ophidians attacking you.
We have setup a trap and Peon of VIP guild falls for it despite knowing it was there.
Here is some video of a big fight around a collapsing Keep. VIP and MSI are allied. V-C and COW are supposed to be, but V-C is hesitant to attack VIP. Even though at times I am the only HOT member there, V-C will constantly turn their attention to me instead of the people they are supposed to be fighting: VIP.
A lot of misinformation is being posted on how well a Greater Dragon does in PVP combat. Here you will watch a mage take direct hits from a Greater Dragon for almost two minutes. The Greater Dragon is fully trained with 116.1 Wrestling (its maximum). The player has 120 Wrestling, 20 Parrying (from human ability), 16% Defense Chance Increase, 63 Physical and 70 Fire resistances. The Greater Dragon only does about 40-45 damage in its melee strikes and 60 with its Fire Breath. Sorry for no sound, forgot to disconnect headphones.
