This is the opening for the second season of the Anime Clannad called Clannad -After Story-, it uses the same melody as Onaji Takami e (To the Same Heights) that is in the Clannad Original Soundtrack 2. If you want to test it out, upload 1 high quality picture with a longer video and you would see the quality of it become worse and worse while the video lasts more, usually 10 second is enough for a minimum effect to see.
