In part 3 of my playthrough of FEAR, we continue up and around the tower but still not to its end. It kind of ends in a bad spot, but I didn't know there was a save point coming up and I was already over an hour. It's not the worst place to end a part, and besides, you could always watch the first few minutes of part 4 right after this finishes.
