Afraid of hurting Richard with her powers and worried about exposing her feelings, Kahlan leaves, allowing the Mord'Sith Denna to capture the Seeker. Kahlan must find a way to rescue him before Denna is able to turn Richard's allegiance from the side of good to that of his enemy, Darken Rahl. Since a few people have expressed an opinion about the song choice, let me go on record as saying that I am a HUGE Snow Patrol fan (see previous Richard/Kahlan video "All I Have"). I attempted this video with both versions of "Run" and went as far as to combine Leona & SP, but to no avail (a him and her version, if you will). While I am not a big fan of the last minute of the song (I do really like everything up to that point - A LOT), I ultimately decided to use Leona's version for a few reasons. I thought it fit Kahlan's POV best. Musically, it was more interesting (from a vidding perspective). Also, it's very emotional, which I felt matched the "Denna" episode (hello, angsty much?).
