Footage courtesy of the Hunlanders. They are painting floors&walls .Workers are applying stuccos. Asks why there are stuccos,notices they are plastic.Worker answers,it looks good&is useful.Hides a conduit with moodlighting lights.Will be painted twice&look like plaster. She is unhappy,hoped to meet Adrian.Worker says always a surprise when Adrian visits.They try to make big changes for next visit. She asks if A&A are pleased withthe work. Answers yes&workers work fast and well.The girl&Juli chat about parquet. Juli has in hand a piece of hard-wood parquet. Laminated parquet is chipboard covered by a plastic foil&allyl resin enamel.She asks which is more durable.Traditional because it can be trimmed& tolerates water . Costs more&placement takes more time. You can lay them using floor joist or adhesive.This parquet is glued.There are many directions&lines in flat,because of difference between the old&new level of ceiling.They don’t use many colors,it would be too much, it would make a flickering impression.
Footage courtesy of Hunlanders.Alex asks Szilárd if he likes the wrought iron handrail,he says yes.Alex names artisan who made it.The handrail was made to look antique to match the luster.Szilárd likes the bathroom.Alex says the contractor helped as he understood how Alex imagined her future home.Alex bought a small mirror,sent photos to Adrian.He didn't like it,because it was to small.They changed it to a bigger one & it looks much better, makes the room seem bigger.Adrian enters with cakes.He loves big bedrooms,but here it is small, because it's the second floor.They had to make some compromises.He likes the arches.The contractor promises that he would be ready in a week, but it was 2or3 weeks.Adrian speaks about Csaba(contractor). Alex says that it was hard, but Juli helped her a lot. Juli says Alex doesn't know the Hungarian conditions well, but she is a good decorator & she would have succeeded without help.Szilárd likes the flat & wishes them good times.Adrian promises they will relax here. Footage courtesy of Hunlanders.Alex explains she bought the cake,it's very fine,italian,with chocolate.Offers to reporter,says he would like to,but will look around first.Asks Adrian when did he arrive back.Month&a half ago.Adrian explains he is working in Budapest on a movie in January.Szilárd likes the fresco Living-room.Asks how they chose it.Alex’s father felt the ceiling seemed empty.Alex began to look for a painting,something italian, european.Adrian likes the room&ceiling.Adrian loves his study,because it only belongs to him.It is where he relax’s the most.His"little office"is very comfortable.To do business,you need to be comfortable.Adrian can sit here all day while he writes. Adrian explains how the styles of old&new mix well.The paintings are part antique, part contemporary.This one is of a hungarian painter,Tamás Ajtai.The desk is from Alex old flat.
