The second film by South Korean director Lee Yoon-ki. It tells the story of a group of expatriated South Koreans trying to adapt to living in the Los Angeles area. The film was shot entirely on location in California with Korean and American actors.
Synopsis TV writer Ji-ho has been secretly in love with the same man for 10 years. After a night of binge-drinking, she wakes up to face the worst day of her life. She wakes up to find out she got fired for low viewer ratings. Her bag gets snatched on the way home and while pursuing the snatcher, she gets hit by a car. But the chain of unfortunate events turned out to be God-sent present. The man who hit her with the car turns out to be the very man sheâs been in love with all these years. After bumping her head on the car, she pretends that she doesnât remember anything and Min-woo is left with no choice but to bring her back home with him. Ji-hoâs childhood friend Dong-sik is worried as Ji-ho doesnât come home for two days. He goes out on search and miraculously finds her and brings back her home. After learning that Ji-ho is suffering from amnesia after the accident, Dong-sik is determined to help her get her memories back.

He buys dog food from her any chance he gets. He finally decides to ask her on a date but, is stood up. Broken hearted, Young-Woo secludes himself in the mountains for work. While staying in the mountains, the veterinarian begins to miss him. He quickly adapts to the mountains and doesn't mind the lonliness...

Bryan Mills (Neeson) quits his job as a 'preventer' working for the CIA or FBI or another organization known by its initials to try and connect with his daughter Kim who he pretty much ignored while she was growing up. Now that she's turning 17, Bryan's decided it's time to try and have a relationship with Kim. His ex-wife's not happy about his sudden desire to become a part of their daughter's life, but Bryan's convinced it's the thing to do. Now retired, Bryan lives off his pension and money made from taking the occasional odd job with his ex-government agency buddies. One job finds him and his three ex co-workers guarding a pop singer on her way into and out of a concert. Now, we never find out why this pop singer is attacked after leaving the stage, but she is and Bryan happens to be the temporary bodyguard who saves her. She, of course, is grateful and gives him a reward for his bravery that you know is going to figure big somewhere down the line in the film.
