British Comedy. 1961: Sid James runs the 'Helping Hands' employment agency where no task is too big or small. But when the CARRY ON crew receives their work assignments, the jobs become very odd indeed including positions as chimp-sitters, wine tasters, house wreckers and more. Kenneth Williams, Charles Hawtrey and Kenneth Connor star in this 1961 smash that fans still consider to be one of the most rudely funny films in the entire series.
Western/Action/Comedy. Great stuff!
One of Russells best!!! Enjoy : )

British Action. 1980: They were the unlikeliest heroes of World War 2 - the gray haired veterans of the Calcutta Light Horse, who hadn't seen action since the Boar War, but were fated to become The Sea Wolves. Gregory Peck, Roger Moore, David Niven, Trevor Howard and Patrick Macnee head the top-notch cast of this retelling of wartime exploits hidden until the 1978 British Official Secrets Act lifted security restrictions. In 1943, German merchant vessels off neutral Goa (a Portuguese country on India's western coast) transmit information about Allied ships to a predatory U-boat. Unable to launch a raid in neutral waters, the British draft some "unofficial" commandoes. Shot on location, The Sea Wolves is a grand all-star adventure that recalls The Guns of Naverone and The Dirty Dozen. Want excitement? You've got it!
ohn Huston's last film is a labor of love at several levels: an adaptation of perhaps one of the greatest pieces of English-language literature by one of Huston's favorite authors, James Joyce; a love letter to the land of his ancestors and the country where his children grew up; and the chance to work with his screenwriter son Tony and his actress daughter Anjelica. The film is delicate and unhurried, detailing a Christmas dinner at the house of two spinster musician sisters and their niece in turn-of-the-century Ireland, attended by friends and family. Among the visiting attendees are the sisters' nephew Gabriel Conroy and his wife Gretta. The evening's reminiscences bring up melancholy memories for Gretta concerning her first, long-lost love when she was a girl in rural Galway. Her recounting of this tragic love to Gabriel brings him to an epiphany: he learns the difference between mere existence and living. The all-Irish cast and careful period detail give the piece richness and gravity, and Donal McCann and Anjelica Huston are unforgettable as the Conroys
