"Dil Chahta Hai" - The story of three friends Akash, played by Aamir Khan, Sameer, played by Saif Ali Khan, and Sidharth, played by Akshaye Khanna. Just out of college, they have different view points about love. Sidharth loves a divorcee, played by Dimple Kapadia. Sameer, who constantly keeps falling in and out of love, finally settles for a girl, played by Sonali Kulkarni, chosen by his parents. Akash, who does not believe in love, goes to Australia to handle his father’s business. He meets Shalini, played by Preity Zinta, who is betrothed to another man and they become friends. Their friendship soon turns into love and Akash has to accept the inevitable. Director Farhan Akhtar's (son of lyricist Javed Akhtar and scriptwriter Honey Irani) debut attempt is an entertaining tale with a different perspective on the friendship angle. Shankar - Ehsaan - Loy have come up with a winning score.

"Dus" - A nerve racking journey into the world of lies, deceit, murder and mayhem. It's the story of a parallel world where heroism and treason, conmen and cops exist side by side.
"Aksar" - Emran Hashmi plays a fashion photographer in Anant Mahadevn’s Aksar. Udita Goswami, a top model, married to NRI tycoon Dino Morea, who lives in UK. Emran always regretted that Udita never agreed to be his model because she hates him for ditching her friend Tara Sharma who had also tried to commit suicide. Dino meets Emran and gives him a strange assignment. To seduce Udita and make her fall in love so he can divorce her. Dino invites Emran to stay in their house in UK. Emran manages to seduce Udita and she falls in love with him, but refuses to divorce him. Now Dino is left with an unfaithful wife and her lover. How Dino comes out of this forms the remaining part of the film.
"Aashiq Banaya Aapne" - Love makes you do the strangest things. Karan (Sonu Sood) loves Sneha (Tanushree Dutta). Although Karan's feelings are evident to many, he is content in just seeing Sneha smile. Vicky (Emraan Hashmi) tries to talk him out of his relationship with Sneha, but Vicky assures him that this time, he is really in love with Sneha. Vicky is an extrovert and a notorious flirt. All three lives change when Vicky joins Karan and Sneha in college, and Sneha begins feeling drawn towards Vicky. Karan feels he has lost the only woman he has ever loved but knows he cannot do anything about it. However, life goes on, and the three of them share a special bond of friendship. The closeness between Vicky and Sneha cross all boundaries, and just as everything seems set between the two, one eventful night shatters their bond. Trust is broken, obsession and confusion ensues, and relationships change forever in 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne', the debut film of Aaditya Datt.

"Humko Deewana Kay Gaye" - Aditya, played by Akshay Kumar, an automobile engineer in a car company, is engaged to Sonia, played by Bipasha Basu, a fashion designer who is about to make her mark in the field. Though the marriage date is fixed, Aditya had to leave for Canada to learn about the technique of a new car model, to be launched in India; while Sonia had to leave for Paris for a fashion show. Aditya arrives in Canada where his sister Simran, played by Bhagyashree, is living. Jia, daughter of business tycoon Yashwardhan Birla, has come to Canada all alone to shop for her wedding with the business giant, Karan Raichand. Jia was a simple girl with simple needs. She had everything she could ask for in her childhood, but never time from her ever so busy father. And now the man her father had chosen for her hardly had any time to spend with her too - that is when she found a friend in Aditya. However, fate makes them meet for the last time – at Jia’s wedding.
"Chup Chup Ke" - Directed by Priyadarshan and starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor, the movie is a feel-good romantic comedy of errors and mistaken identities: The story revolves around Shahid Kapoor, an unlucky but good hearted young man, who finds himself faking his own death to escape his various creditors and free his family from disgrace. Shahid ends up not dead but in another town being forced to assume another identity as a mute to avoid too many questions. His love interest is Kareena Kapoor, who plays a mute by birth in the film. Shahid is trapped in a false identity and lands from jam into another as he tries to hide his secret in this romantic family comedy.
