Behind a balanced offensive and great-when-they-needed-it defense, Virginia Tech beat the Hoos 33-21 in Charlottesville to claim its second Coastal Division title in three years. Al Groh, head coach at Virginia, is not 1-6 against the Hokies. Good thing the rivalry isn't of the same caliber as Ohio State-Michigan or he would probably be fired.
