cover of the song by Sixpence Nonethericher
Originally by Alanis Morissette. I'm getting over laryngitis so my voice sounds like crap, but for some reason I felt the need to make this video today.
playing along with the beginning of Black Mountain Side by The Celtic Tribute to Led Zeppelin. No, I don't really know how to play it, I was just messing around and following it by ear. That's why there are several mistakes. *shrugs* Oh well.
a morbidly funny song/story about the two ill-fated lovers, Doris and Edwin. another Christine Lavin cover song, done Suna-style.
my cover of the song "Couple" by former Korean group Sechskies. It's sort of remix-ish in that the chords don't all match up.
Another Christine Lavin cover. You can blame the crappiness of my voice partly on my own bad singing skills and partly on my recent case of laryngitis. Again, I don't play it like she does, I just play the chords beause I'm not nearly as talented as she is.
I wrote this song (gasp! Yes, I wrote it) for my friend Yingying's beta fish, Mr. Chan. Unfortunately he passed away before I could actually meet him. We planned to use this song to seranade all the lady fishies at the pet store. Here are the lyrics: This is a song for Mr. Chan He really needs a girlfriend Mr. Chan is Yingying's fish A bachelor who can take your heart And grant its every wish Who can resist his fishy charm? Sure wish I were more his type I'd swim with him all day long So all you ladies better get in line 'Cause his beta-babe is oh-so-fine This is a song for Mr. Chan He really needs a girlfriend
The full title of this song is called "Regretting what I said to you when you called me at 11:00 on a Friday morning to tell me that at 1:00 that very same afternoon you were going to leave your offics, go downstairs on the street to hail a cab to go out to the airport to catch a plane to go skiing in the alps for two weeks, not that I wanted to go with you, I was not able to leave town, I'm not a very good skier, I could not expect you to pay my way but after going out with you for three years... I don't like surprises." It is originally sung by Christine Lavin. I play it differently than she does because I am not a folk guitarist. I also screwed up royally several times. Please note, I would never actually say any of these things to anybody, ever! I just think this song is hilarious ^_^
