Authorities say RDX residue at Glorietta 2 blast site 'irrelevant'
MANILA, Philippines--Chief Superintendent Luizo Ticman, chief of the Multi-Agency Investigation Task Force, explains why finding RDX residue at the Glorietta 2 blast site is irrelevant. The reported RDX residue caused authorities to initially speculate the mall blast might have been caused by a bomb, but the official investigation has concluded that it was the result of an accidental gas explosion.
