The Diamond 20CSB Swiss-type lathe turns brass into a pagoda with milling, threading, rigid tapping, and engraving operations.
The GTV-27 gang-tool lathe turns a 1" brass stock using two operations. The first operation includes milling with C-axis synchronization, high-speed threading, and C-axis drilling. The second operation performs nibbling broaching with C-axis synchronization.

The Diamond 42CSL is a huge 42mm, 10-axis Swiss-type lathe that's capable of very complex operations on large parts. This machine has Dual-Y capabilities that allow for the two tools to be cutting the same workpiece simultaneously. The 12-station VDI turret is capable of holding up to 4 B-Axis units. Each B-Axis unit can rotate a complete 360 degrees and allow for complex 5-axis (X,Y,Z,C,B) contouring operations. This video is a sneak peek straight from the factory floor.
A spy video from the factory that produces the Diamond 12. The Diamond 12 is a very compact 12mm Swiss-type lathe that has a footprint of only 4' x 3'. In this video, it's cutting a ring like part which is caught by an optional parts catcher when the cutting has completed.
Diamond 32CSL Swiss-type lathe cutting a sample brass part using angular milling, angular tapping, threading, and backside milling and drilling operations. The Diamond 32CSL features a unique B-axis that's fully programmable and can rotate a full 360 degrees for angled drilling and tapping.

A spy video from the factory that produces the Diamond 12CSL. The Diamond 12CSL is a unique 12mm Swiss-type lathe. It features integrated main and subspindles for minimal vibration, a very unique B-axis that is capable of rotating 360 degrees for angular operations, and has dual-Y capabilities for pinch turning operations. This video showcases the machine axes in motion, but there is no actual cutting.
