A depressed Joe is sulking about a lost love, Fifi, who he planned to marry years ago. The Stooges discover that Fifi has moved into the apartment across the hall and has locked herself out of her apartment. She also has a jealous husband who is a first class heel. Typical Stooge antics result in ruining Fifi's dress, and dressing her in a pair of pajamas is an invitation for her husband to enter the scene. Hiding her from disaster, Fifi overhears her hubbie's plans to divorce her, and slapstick mayhem ensues. 1958
Although the Stooges' sister, Birdie, has been dead more than a year, Joe will not let her memory fade. He studies reincarnation, thinking someday Birdie might return. While walking the streets, Joe hears Birdie's voice coming from a horse. The Stooges are delighted to find their reincarnated sister and take her home to celebrate. They spend the rest of the time hiding her from their landlord (Mr. Dinkelspiel). The key gag is that she makes uncles out of the Stooges. 1957
Moe, Larry, and Joe discover that Joe's fiancee's ring has been stolen. The Stooges suspect it is Elmo, a muscular bully who works at their plant. But Joe's girl is tougher! 1957
This episode is a continuation of HOOFS AND GOOFS (1957). The Stooges apartment is a little crowded, but they do their best to raise the baby colt and search for sister Birdie's mate, a circus horse named Schnapps. The Stooges read in the paper that Schnapps has been injured, and may have to be destoyed. Knowing this would crush their sister, they set out to the circus to save him. As usual they almost screw it up, but in the end ,the old guy that's supposed to shoot Schnapps can't see well and misses the mark. Birdie and Schnapps end up back together, and the only thing that was really wrong with Schnapps was that he missed Birdie. 1957
A Car-Tune Portrait was an early cartoon by pioneering animator Max Fleischer. Released on June 26th, 1937, it gave an imaginative take on Franz Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 in C-sharp Minor. The cartoon features a lion dressed up as a musical conductor, attempting to keep his orchestra of animal musicians in order as they half-play, half-fight their way through the piece. Memorable moments include a Dachshund playing the xylophone using his back legs while the rest of him sleeps, a group of monkeys using a flute as a pea-shooter to fire at their fellow musicians, and a horse trombonist who attempts to swat a fly using his instrument but who only succeeds in hitting the dog trumpeter in front of him.
Professor Jones and the Stooges travel to the planet Sunev, and greet its inhabitants' leader the Grand Zilch, and his military commander the High Mucky Muck. The Stooges' gracious welcome, and dinner celebration with three amazon beauties, hides a Sunevian plot to conquer the Earth with an army of prehistoric zombies. Jones and the Stooges learn of the invasion plot, but find their attempt to foil the aliens' plans complicated when they accidentally release one of the zombies. 1957
Larry, Moe and Joe are one of three sets of triplets born one year apart. They finally meet up with each other after several years, causing their brothers' wives to become confused. The Stooges soon get chased away by a waiter with a meat cleaver. 1957
Telling their sons a bedtime story, the Stooges weave a tall tale of themselves as moving men sent to a spooky old mansion on a rainy night to move some old furniture, including a suit of armor. The armor objects to leaving, however, as it is inhabited by the spirit of Sir Tom. Vowing to kill the Stooges if they try to remove him, the boys are soon on the run from the sword-wielding Tom. 1956
