When she receives her hot dog she's beginning to have a bad trip. She imagines that her hot dog is a little jewel troll. The hot dog also talks to her pleading with the girl not to eat her.

Another drug education propaganda film from the 60’s. This time the focus is on barbiturates. This 1969 film is about a dumb guy who also narrates this short film. One night whilst partying with his friends, he decides to try some "Barbs". After popping them like tic-tacs all night, he comes down pretty hard. Stagerring home like a drunken sailor on payday. he walks right into a wall and takes a nasty header. This is one night he'll never forget. hey, it's sounds like fun! Remember kids, don't take too many "dolls" unless you want to crash and burn. One of the more light hearted shorts you'll find on the subject. Another case of overindulgence.
Sonny Bono appears onscreen to tell kids that marijuana is a "bummer" that turns you into a "weedhead" and will make you "trip out" (the fact that, based upon his performance, Sonny appears to have ingested unknown substances before the cameras started rolling tends to limit the film's crediblity somewhat). The film is actually a lot of fun! You will be disturbed, yet hysterical all the way through.
