Kate goes one on one...with Barack's cameraman. It's just like talking to Barack!
Citizen Kate scores at the Barack Obama Super Tuesday Victory Rally in Chicago when she catches up with Reverend Jesse Jackson and Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley. Finally, my Super Tuesday is starting to look up just a bit. Steve Lundin, my producer's brother, is still bugging me with his abuse, er, media training. Note to self: If you're going to a Political victory party, bring some cash for food and the bar. Seriously. They give you nothing for free. What kind of celebration is that?
Holidays are people, too.
Who do you think is really responsible for high voter turnout? Hey, this is America after all.

Citizen Kate's Indy 500 Tips: How to Win The Big Presidential Race
Citizen Kate gets tips on winning the presidential race from the first four time Indy 500 winner AJ Foyt, and his team's Indy 500 driver, Darren Manning. AJ Foyt shared his thoughts with me on what it takes to be a great leader. I even got to spend time with the crew in the pit during practice. My prediction: Darren Manning will win the Indy 500...if the race is judged on looks. The whole AJ Foyt Racing Team is super cute, and I got to hug them all. I should spend more time at the Indy Speedway. Seriously. Good luck, Darren! I'm rooting for you. Note to self: Political campaigns are like race car driving. It takes more than one lap around the track to really get going and win.
Kate finds out from out of this world experts how to caucus, Vegas style.
Steve Lundin, my producer's brother, agreed to "help" me in my reporting skills tonight.
Citizen Kate catches up with Old Hollywood Celebrities at a Hillary Clinton event in Indianapolis, Indiana. So I made it to my first big Hillary event in Indiana. It was a rock concert with John Mellencamp. Actually, he only played one song. I discovered firsthand what local reporters go through at political events. I didn't get to interview Hillary. But I did see stars like Sean Astin, Rob Reiner and Miss Indiana. I even chatted with Mary Steenburgen and Ted Danson. I was super close to Bill Clinton! But not close enough to touch him. When I tried to reach the Clintons after Hillary's big speech, the volunteers stopped me. Apparently, reporters with cameras aren't allowed to get too close. Just another day of being a citizen journalist.
April 23, 2008--Pennsylvania was pivotal to the democratic primaries. Citizen Kate weighs in on Hillary Clinton's victory, the race for president, and Obama Girl. Well, it's official. Hillary Clinton beat Barack Obama in Pennsylvania. This whole presidential race is too close to call. Wow. Indiana might actually be an important state. I never thought that the home to Michael Jackson and the Indy 500 would be so critical in the presidential election. If the actual election is anything like the primaries, it's going to be a super tough race. I mean, Hillary and Barack actually had a WWE showdown! I wonder if Gravel and W.A.R. will have a smack down at the Libertarian National Convention in Denver. Of course, Nader and McCain seems to have sealed the deal with their parties. Yet McCain still keeps campaigning for the Republican candidacy. Does he think that Mike Huckabee and Chuck Norris have some last minute fight planned out? One thing is for sure. I'm going to Indiana.
