Er organisierte Friedens-Konzerte und setzte sich weltweit gegen die Unterdrueckung der Schwarzen ein. 1981, auf dem Hoehepunkt seiner Karriere, starb Bob Marley an Krebs. Er wurde nur 36 Jahre alt - doch "Koenig des Reggae" ist er bis heute.
