The European Grand Prix has been a fixture on the Formula 1 calendar since 1983 but this weekend's race has a fresh twist, with a completely new street circuit on the streets of Valencia in Spain playing host.
On July 1, new laws take effect in California and Washington that force drivers to put down the cell phone and focus on the road. New mobility technology from Avaya gives drivers an "electronic personal assistant" -- one that reads email, changes calendar appointments or sets up conference calls, all through the power of voice recognition.
