I go through the process of retopologizing the head using useful Zbrush retopologizing tool.
Here I sculpt the new topology mesh and start blocking out main shapes for the head. Far from done yet
In this video I go through adding details such as wrinkles and pores to everything to give a realistic look. I also fix 3 problematic areas from my model: nose bone, cheeks and eye socket boney around the eye.
In this video I continue adding details to the head and changing forms from time to time, matching more the concept. I use Zbrush standard, inflat, and flatten brush for the most part. Sometimes I like to turn on Alpha 39 for wrinkles.

Spent a couple hours on my lastest and last attempt at the Dominance War III comp. Throwing in the towel on the good fight... Learned alot while doing this though :)
