Wow this is a great story issue that shows us just how far back the Scrull invasion really goes. It follows Nick Fury from the time of the Secret War until present. You know at the time I read the Secret War and thought it was OK but didn’t really think much of it. Now I’m glad I did and it’s crazy getting to see how much of it is coming back now. I’m going to have to dive into the old boxes and dig those issues out. This issue gives a little more weight to the introduction of the invasion and shows us just how wide spread it really is. This is the return of Nick Fury and we see that while he’s been gone he’s been working on piecing together the tactics of the invasion. This is definitely a wow moment where the house of ideas really shows off their planning and the intricacy of their universe. It’s a great read and worth checking out.
