You may be wondering what the running technique was used in the opening chase scene in the film Casino Royale. It’s called Parkour. Parkour is a discipline more akin to the martial arts. The aim is to move from point A to point B as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. The goal is to move in such a way, with any movement, that will help you gain the most ground on someone/something as if escaping from it, or chasing toward it. We join the founder of PKTO.ca, Dan Iaboni, to find out more about this exciting sport.

Very cool parkour video. For those of you who don't know what it is, parkour is where people go running, jumping and flipping through town. It is also called free running and freestyle running.
