Alright guys, I finally got this guys done and thank god, I swear I was going to loose it lol!! His effects are hi-res as well, also I've added in the hit sparks so I don't have to do that later on!! :) What's pretty much left is just the palettes!! Also I'm using Rei's Blanka as a BASE ONLY, a lot is going to change in this character!! Alright guys, I've finally managed to get this baby done, he's done a completely differnet way than the other characters which uses a special filiter in Photoshop to do all the sprites. What's left to be completed is just making palettes for the character and changing a couple of other stuff in the gameplay. The next character I'm working on is Cammy, and all these characters are going to be for my SSFT2 re-make mugen game which will come out soon :) Let me know what you guys think!! Unforunately though I'll have to re-do all the others characters since this way is so awesome.
