This is the 2nd Matsumoto Technician, subbed by DTFS. Once I get more details I'll add them, but for you guys, I'm trying to upload ASAP. The point of the challenge is that 10 mannequins are placed in a room with two bells on each chest. One by one, each Gaki regular will have 60 seconds to touch every mannequin and press the bells as many times as possible. The person who has the pressed the least amount of times will go through a batsu game. All the subbing credit goes to DTFS
