  • [Part 1] 25 years ago, Ian Waterman caught a virus that destroyed half his nervous system. He was left like a rag doll, with no sense of touch below the neck and no idea of where his limbs were unless he could see them. The doctors told him that he would never walk, feed himself or dress himself again. Yet, against all the odds, he has made an apparently miraculous recovery. How has he managed it? What does his story reveal about the extraordinary capacities of the human brain?

  • This is actually a English language film but it is directed by one of the greatest non-english directors of all time. My favorite director infact: Jean-Luc Godard. This is without a doubt one of the weirdest films ever made and doesn't seem to follow much logic. This film is not on dvd and I doubt you will be able to get the VHS anywhere so enjoy : )

  • [Part 1] Gregg is 55 and does not feel physically whole. This is despite the fact that he is physically healthy and able-bodied. Gregg believes he is incomplete with two legs and it has been his life-long struggle to get doctors to agree that removing one of his legs is the right thing for him. He isn't delusional. He knows what he is asking for and knows it is strange. But he cannot help his feelings. Gregg suffers from a rare but genuine psychological disorder - a form of body dysmorphia. And Gregg is not alone.
