Fallout3 Chirping sound and freezing issue.

When I load up a map it would just chirp and u notice a decrease of fps. After the ... chirping stops my fps goes back to normal but for some reason if I try to shoot anyone (even in val mode) or go inside building the game would freeze. I need help!!!! I tried the ffdshow audio solution already it didnt work. my computer specs: Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9450 @ 2.66GHz Memory: 8190MB RAM Hard Drive: 1: WD 300 GB 10,000rpm raptor 2: Maxtor 700GB 3: Seagate 1.5 TB Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800GTX 512mb OS: Window Vista Home Premium 64bit

PLEASE READ: I did not make this game. These clips are from a fairly recent free-to-download Japanese RPG. It's not solely a giantess-based game, I had to play through several hours of normal, regular-sized gameplay before reaching the events in these clips; it's a typical RPG that just happens to involve a great shrinking segment. UPDATE: The game's official release is now available! Check Eka's Portal or the GiantessCity forums for the download link. I also posted a partial walkthrough at GiantessCity. I will not link directly to them here, so as to conserve their bandwidth a little. Good job being patient, everyone. Now just be sure to credit the game and it's designers whenever and wherever you can, to thank them for giving us this masterpiece. I captured the clips using Fraps and assembled them using MovieMaker. It's basically just a mash-up of various possible death scenes and some tidbits of gameplay.
