http://www.TIMalertsexposed.com http://www.TIMalertsexposed.com/getstarted How I Turned A Bad Trade Into A Good One On HSN, Inc. (HSNI) As Stubborn TIMalert Subscribers Screwed Themselves As TIMalert subscribers know, lots of trades on HSNI yesterday, I managed to make $200+ by cutting my losses quickly and then re-entering, as I encourage everyone to doâ¦best explained by the alerts themselves: Shorted HSNI at $6 just as i said i might in my pre-market watchlistâ¦this one is easy to borrow, itâs a real company, but itâs a really bad company, retail selling is gonna get crushed this holiday season, stock has gotten crushed, but its up 50% off its lows, mostly due to a short squeezeâ6 million shares have been shorted in the last monthâmethinks it goes lower, just went red on the day (i gladly ignore the morning drop, its too quick aka useless for an alert newsletter), albeit just barely, support at $5.80, after that $5.40 and then $5â¦iâll look to cover just above $5 in the next ...

The big news in Australian politics right now is supposedly nude photos of a fringe nutbag politician taken back in the 70s. I realised as I wrote the heading for this that it might attract some real freaks looking for nude photos of those blonde kids from that band. Icky. Although they are all adults now. Still icky. A life-long Albuquerque police officer is facing federal charges after being indicted by a federal grand jury for warning someone about a drug investigation and for lying to FBI agents. Officer Brad Ahrensfield was put on leave three months ago, but the police department wouldn't say why. A Thursday indictment accuses Ahrensfield of obstructing an FBI drug investigation, but his attorney says the feds have it all wrong. The indictment says Ahrensfield knew about an FBI investigation involving an Albuquerque car dealership called Car Shop on 4th Street. The indictment says investigators were looking into "possible drug trafficking and stolen merchandise-related offenses" back in September. The indictment says Ahrensfield warned the dealership owner about the investigation, and then lied to FBI agents when confronted about the leak. Ahrensfield's attorney, Jason Bowles, says his client denies the allegations, adding the indictment comes as a complete surprise. Bowles says Ahrensfield has always told the truth to the FBI. Gilbert Montoya, a mechanic at Car Shop, was arrested off-site in September on drug charges. Sam Bregman represents Car Shop's owner, and stresses nothing illegal happened at the dealership, and that it's unfair for the dealership to be named in the indictment. Bregman said, "To the absolute contrary, Car Shop is a good business. It sells cars in the community it's a good community partner— and for anyone to imply otherwise is really wrong and unfortunate." Ahrensfield was once fired from the Albuquerque Police Department after being accused of using excessive force. He was then re-hired after being exonerated. As for his job status now, he remains on leave. APD Chief Ray Schultz says an internal affairs investigation will be completed, and that he will face punishment based on department rules. Those rules suggest that an officer can be fired as the result of an indictment. If convicted, Ahrensfield faces up to 20 years in prison. [www.clipsyndicate.com | KOB Albuquerque]

If your kids go to get their picture taken at the mall with Santa this year, you may notice something new at the display: Hand sanitizer. At Cottonwood Mall, kids were lined up Thursday to give Santa their Christmas wishes, but stopped at the hand sanitizer before jumping on the big guy's lap in hopes of keeping the H1N1 virus from spreading. In between kids, Santa changes out his gloves— just like someone who makes your sandwich. Parent Dolores Vallejos said, "I think it's a good idea because they're around a lot of children and I think by washing their hands with sanitizer it has some control on it." Santa's suits are being cleaned more often, and his sitting area gets disinfected regularly. Santas at malls all across the country are having to do it, to keep from getting and spreading the H1N1 virus. The precautions are something Jennifer Nanez is happy to hear about. Her 3-year-old daughter, Julissa, caught a bad case of the flu this year, and just recently got out of the hospital for an illness. Nanez said, "It's good, my daughter has severe asthma and she's had to go through a lot of stuff, a lot. She just got out of the hospital from all kinds of stuff so I got to watch her, got to carry all of that stuff." Santa and his helpers are also being encouraged to gargle with mouthwash or salt water every day, and to drink warm liquids. [www.clipsyndicate.com | KOB Albuquerque]
