A horrific accident in Mandan shears a car in half. One Mandan police investigator says this is the worst car damage he's ever seen at an accident. The white lumina was traveling west on Old Red Trail when the driver passed a pickup, hit some compact snow and lost control... crashing through a lightpole and fire hydrant.
