麻生首相、事業総額27兆円規模の追加経済対策を発表 総選挙は当面先送りの考え示す 麻生首相は30日午後6時すぎ、首相官邸で記者会見し、事業総額27兆円規模の追加経済対策を発表した。 麻生首相は「定額減税については、給付金方式で、全世帯について実施します。規模は、約2兆円。単純に計算すると、4人家族で約6万円になるはずです。住宅ローン減税については、控除可能額を過去最大に拡大したいと思います。高速道路料金を大幅に引き下げます。休日は、どこまで行っても一律1,000円というわけではなくて、1,000円以下に。最高1,000円。平日は、昼間も3割引きにさせていただきます」と述べた。 また、麻生首相は、消費税の引き上げを3年後に実施する考えを示した。 さらに、解散・総選挙について質問が及ぶと、麻生首相は当面先送りする考えを明らかにした。 麻生首相は「解散の時期につきましては、しかるべき時期に、わたし自身が判断をさせていただきます。いずれにしても、わたしどもとしては、この政策というものをぜひ実現して、結果として国民の生活不安に応える必要があるというのが、ぼくは優先順位から言ったら1番なんだと、わたし自身はそう思っております」と述べた。 さらに、麻生首相は、追加経済対策を具体化した2次補正予算案が国会を通るかどうかが解散時期に関連すると述べ、解散の具体的な日程には言及しなかった。
