Goose Hunting November 2 2008 in Wadsworth Illinois with my good friends Ron, Logan and Tad. The weather conditions were excellent for hunting...unfortunately ALL the geese in the area preferred the fresh cut stubble corn field just to the South of us. The guys were able to harvest just 1 Canada goose ...BUT we had a great time enjoying the GREAT outdoors...and It was captured ONLY on HawgNSons TV!

It's November 15 2008 7:18am in Northern Illinois ...In my opinion it's the peak of the rut in this ... part of the country. My good friend Ron Levin of www.AfterTheHuntTaxidermy.Com... acquired permission for me to bow hunt ALL of his Big buck hot spots. I was hunting a creek crossing where the trail funneled down in a dense thicket. While this is not the biggest buck I have harvested...It IS a prerequisite to harvest a Boone and Crockett Whitetail buck on this property. Ron implements Quality deer management ...and in order for me to arrow a Booner...I was required to cull a inferior buck.
