作者名稱：羅宛真 團隊名稱：壞孩子劇組 彰化得有米倉之盛名，是因為有著從濁水溪而來豐沛水源灌溉農作，現在的盛況難以想像彰化本是個荒地；要立國，必需糧餉養活國民，要有糧餉，必要有農作。耕作農田最重要的就是水源，所以當時的政府開始在荒蕪的彰化開鑿八堡圳來引水灌溉，直到現在我們依然受惠於前人的智慧遺產，為了緬懷先人，藉著跑水祭的活動，讓世世代代飲水思源。
