The Washington Post called Minot swimmer Dagny Knutson, the fastest rising most jaw dropping teenage swimmer in the United States. She recently capped off her high school career, but she's still swimming including in the Duel in the Pool, which pits the top American swimmers against the top European Swimmers, which means she's in the top 18 US female swimmers. The meet was swam December 18th and 19th in Manchester England, but shown on TV today. Knutson swam the 400 Free and the 400 IM and as she's seen here in the 200 Free. Dagny Knutson finishes 2nd in the 400 Individual Medley behind Julia Smit. She finished 3rd in the 400 Freestyle, behind teammate Allison Schmitt who finished in first place.
