He's one of a rising number of young middle class Indians with money to spend. Last financial year just over 1.5 million new cars were sold, making the country one of the fastest growing car markets. But despite the sheer volume of vehicles on the roads and concern about its impact on pollution levels, what Puneet wants is a good deal and a fuel efficient car that can cope with the stop-start of chronic congestion.
