Broken windows, cash taken from a register, a hole punched through a door. That's what volunteers found Monday morning at a substance abuse recovery center in downtown Farmington, called "The Well". The Well's manager says between the stolen cash and the damage, they lost about $1800. But that's not the only reason the break-in is frustrating for the staff. "It was quite a blow,” said the center’s manager, Guy Shephard. “We always manage to pay our bills but never have a lot of surplus. When something like this happens, it's very frustrating because it's a pretty safe bet that the people who did this are the same people that we're trying to help and provide a safe haven to."
