THE TICK - Look up in the sky...it's a bird...it's a plane...no actually it's Patrick Warburton in spandex. Crackle's other costumed arachnid might not be as suave as Spidey, but he is a helluva lot funnier.
Based on Ben Edlund's cult comic, a mysterious blue avenger teams up with an odd group of superheroes to fight crime.
"The Tick vs. Justice" - Can you imagine if the next spinoff of Law & Order involved superheroes? The Tick & Batmanuel (Richard Alpert himself) are asked to testify against supervillian Destroyo, who is acting as his own attorney. It’s just like Perry Mason... In spandex.
"Arthur Needs Space" - There’s the fun threesome, and then there’s the one with the Tick. Patrick Warburton’s blue alter ego is interfering with his buddy Arthur’s fun time with an old flame, played by Missi Pyle. Let’s just say not everyone is into latex bodysuits.
"Couples" - Sidekicks right? Can't live with them, can't fight crime without them. The Tick and Arthur meet Fiery Blaze (Ron Perlman) and Friendly Fire, a superhero duo with some issues. Hopefully they'll learn it's about putting friendship (and villains) first.
"The Funeral" - I bet if you die during sex, you get nothing but high-fives in heaven. Captain Liberty hooks up with another Superhero named "The Immortal." If we had to compare him to Superman, his Kryptonite would be five minutes with a pretty woman.
"Arthur, Interrupted" - The Tick (Patrick Warburton) goes up against Mr. Peacock (Dave Foley). It’s not easy to tell your folks that you’re “special,” and when Aurthur comes clean about being a superhero his parents invite a gun wielding “Peacock” to a costumed fight.
"The License" - If you’re your own worst enemy, what if you have NO idea who you are? The Tick (Patrick Warburton) needs a license, and therefore needs to know his true identity. Alas, he’s as clueless about this as he is about everything else. Spoon?
"The Big Leagues" - If we learned anything from Joshua Jackson's film "The Skulls", it's that secret elite groups are bad. The Tick (Patrick Warburton) & Arthur are invited to join the Legion of Heroes. They're just like the Super Friends, except they totally suck.
"The Terror" - Evil doesn't die, it just gets really old. In a flashback episode, we find out how Arthur met his big blue buddy. Knowing a hero is only as good as his nemesis, The Tick shops for a super-villian. The Terror fits the bill? The hospital bill?
