A male mountain lion was spotted right around 7:00 this evening, by Marvin Beck while he was out with his two kids Maari and Meric ...They were up North right behind the old Home Depot in a grassy area... Bismarck Police were called to the scene... And it was an officer that shot the mountain lion...twice with a shotgun as he approached this rocky area. Again a mountain lion was shot tonight around 8:00 this evening, in bismarck's city limits.... An officer says he's responded to these kinds of calls before but has never actually seen a cat.
