A woman accused of taking part in a police standoff that ended in a barrage of gunfire has pleaded guilty to two lesser charges. Jacquelin Mink entered the plea Friday to charges of reckless endangerment and conspiracy to commit robbery. She had faced charges of attempted murder, criminal conspiracy to commit murder and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery. In a deal with prosecutors, Mink will be sentenced to four and half years in prison and will testify against her husband, Ashton Mink, and two others charged in the case. The four were captured June 6 on a Stark County ranch near Gladstone. one man is dead -- and one is injured -- after a suspected drive-by shooting in downtown albuquerque. this is the second reported drive-by in the city in the last four days. police say they got the call around 11-30 last night of shots fired in the area of 12th and central. when officers arrived on scene, they found a car with two men inside. both had been shot. the passenger and the driver, both were shot. the passenger suffered non-life threatening injuries. he washot, but it was non-life threatening and taken to unmh. the driver suffered life threatening injuries he subsequently died at unmh. police questioned some people seen driving a car that matched a witness's description. this afternoon, a-p-d told us all those people have been released. authorities haven't given us any names. the investigation continues [www.clipsyndicate.com | KOB Albuquerque]
