"according to reports when the officers arrived mr. baca was there providing aid type of aid i'm not to sure... " witnesses -- who know lemos -- paint another picture... they say they never saw lemos punch baca -- and tell us after the shooting -- baca started cussing and yelling at the victim's wife and the couple's 2 young children who were in the back seat of the lemos's car... they also say baca didn't start minute thumbnail 06:01 pm trying to give lemos c-p-r until after he saw police.
