Living Transgender in American Society Today

Living Transgender in American Society Today

'Living Transgender in American Society Today' explores the difficult and sometimes lonely journey of a Transgender in various stages of transformation from m-f or f-m and many obstacles they must overcome just to realize healthy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in American Society today. Their ambition is simply to fit in, be accepted as who they are, and not be treated as outcasts in a society with little tolerance for sexual and social deviance. Their sexual orientation puts them at odds in terms of jobs, personal and family relationships, civil rights, acceptance; exposing them to unnecessary, unfair, undue prejudices and handicaps that are inhumane and violate our most basic human rights: A complete and whole citizen with equal rights under constitutional law. Our broadcast exposes many of the injustices and inequalities that are imposed on Transgender individuals as a result of the misinformation and homophobia that is common among most straight Americans today.

  • Marriage Equality Movement seeks to encourage the LGBTQ community not to look back and place blame, but instead to look forward to what needs to be done now to achieve one goal: Full equality for ALL. We stand for reaching out across all communities. We do not stand for bigotry, for scapegoating, or using anger as our driving force. Our mission is to encourage our community to engage our opposition in a conversation about full equality and to do this with respect, dignity, and an attitude of outreach and education.
