Fred Penner was the star of the children's series "Fred Penner's Place" from 1985 to 1997, taped at CBC Manitoba. In this segment, Fred Penner is now part of a family band called the Penner Pack, and they perform live at the station. Watch as Jennifer Rattray fumbles as she interviews children.
