Had a great ride to Wakiloa with Ben Fertic, the president of the World Triathlon Corp (the King Arthur of the Ironempire. He's fast, and we hit 40mph during parts of our ride - there was a massive tail wind out - at one point, Ben clocked 47mph. The ride back to town aginst the wind was a grind.
