Here's the movie in a nutshell: a secret government plan for TOTAL SURVEILLANCE of the US population using a machine that can read minds and convert the thoughts into audio visual images (i.e. "movies") a doctor with a beehive hairdo straight out of the B-52s and James Best --- better known as Roscoooooooooooooooooe P. Coltrane from Dukes of Hazzard. This is wayyyyy too much fun fit into a one-hour time slot! Enjoy!
