– Comcast-Lionsgate-Sony Pictures Joint Venture FEARnet To Bring Original Horror/Thriller Mini-Series', Feature Films, Movie Trailers and Celebrity Interviews to Veoh –

PHILADELPHIA, PA AND SAN DIEGO, CA – (January 24, 2008) – Veoh Networks (, the world's most comprehensive Internet Television service, and FEARnet, the world's premier horror and thriller website and video on-demand service, have partnered to bring FEARnet's popular content to Veoh's 23 million monthly viewers. The deal, in which the two companies will share advertising revenue, allows FEARnet to greatly increase exposure for its compelling programming and helps Veoh further extend its position as the ultimate source for both network and independent TV programming on the Web.

FEARnet, which launched in 2006, boasts an unrivaled modern horror library that brings together content from the two top film studios producing horror movies - Sony Pictures Television and Lionsgate – and Comcast, the nation's leading provider of cable, entertainment and communications products and services. Beginning in early February, FEARnet will launch a branded Internet TV channel on Veoh that will feature a mix of its popular titles such as 30 Days of Night: Blood Trails, Devil's Trade and Buried Alive, as well as feature films, hair-raising celebrity interviews and coverage from top horror conventions. In addition, FEARnet is currently developing a slate of new original programming for 2008 that will be featured in its Veoh channel.

With its mix of pulse-pounding original minisode series, and feature-length horror and thriller favorites, the FEARnet VOD channel and the website have generated more than 100 million programming views. The two short form mini-series created in collaboration with Ghost House Pictures -- Devil's Trade and 30 Days of Night: Blood Trails (a companion to the cult favorite graphic novel and 30 Days of Night feature film) have generated more than 2 million and 4.5 million views respectively. Its latest original event, Buried Alive -- an innovative, daily six week minisode series produced by Sony Pictures Television that took viewers on a terrifying trek across the Internet to discover the eerie mysteries and secrets behind the program's pulsating plotline – also struck a chord with audiences, garnering more than 1.4 million views during its run.
