You are absolutely correct—I sent this into the Jawtoons site (the same one that was featured as Sign Off for the First Week of March 2008), but this is the INNewsCenter version. Music and graphics during the sign-off announcement are from the Fox infancy at the time and went by "Fox WXIN 59" before re-branding to Fox 59 the following year.
