  • Zenbock gets to dance to his original song, with Christine Vulcanny, on top of the Empire State Building. This was from my oldTV show, Zenbock's Forte at LTV. Rustle DePhillips recorded and co produced these first 8 TV shows. Then I moved to Cablevision, and now currently edit in house at Studio 7.

  • Sam "Bluzman" Taylor is a legendary musician, with roots to Riverhead's famous blues club, that was known as "The Bluebird." On December 15, 2007, Sam Taylor came back to The Bluebird. The Long Island Blues Society, (www.LIBlues.org) gave Sam this benefit. This was at Vail-Leavitt Music Hall, (www.Vail-Leavitt.com). The night had many musicians on stage, and the place rocked for 3 1/2 hours. Featured musicians: Maxine Brown, Kerry Kearney, Curtis Hightower, Jack Lacitra, and many more! This video, is just one small highlight from this momentous event.

  • Sam 'Bluzman" Taylor is a local legend! My first meeting, was at the Brau House, and I was immediately a convert, and now a "Bluzman" fan. 2004 Sam was a closing act at Cedar Beach Blues fest. Blazed with a yellow sunset, and then darkness, Sam held the rain while completing his gig. Prior to this, I met Sam at Blues 2000 & 2, la at night. Electrifying performance, with Heather Hardy, guest violinist. So this program has the video from both these gigs. That's 2 great gigs, but with one, and the only, Sam "The Bluzman "Taylor. So now I ask you to check out his web site www.Bluzman.com There will be more Sam Taylor, on up coming TV shows, so sit back and enjoy. .......Zenbock

  • Zenbock's Forte' #980917 "A Night OUT" So what I have here will be 2 interesting documentary's. First, Kerry Kearney, August 1998. The club scene, at Paula Jeans. Paula Jeans not only had great Cajun food, and blues, but Kerry's Blues jam. As I am putting this vintage program on line, Paula Jeans has closed, and a second home for me, is now a memory. BUT, I have a few shows taped there, so sit back, and enjoy toe tapping tunes by Kerry. For additional information, check out www.KerryKearney.com Now the second documentary aspects. This show was my first complete TV show as a solo editor-producer, and yes, cinematographer. (The mighty ZEN CAM) And this program, is all about fun, with Kerry Kearney, and his band.

  • Program #01-1111 Little Sammy Davis This program documents the following days after 9/11/01 Blues 2000 on September 14-16th was just days after the terrible attacks, that changed the fee and easy life style across America. Here, we have a Little Sammy Davis, playing with his electric band. All the tension of that weekend, was reduced to the blues music so easily performed by Little Sammy. I know when watching this program, your toes will tap, and the honest feel of blues will move you. I was siting on a haystack, while recording the Saturday festivities.

  • Blues 2000 & Beyond, 1997 part 1 This is a revamped edit, from Blues 2000 and Beyond, 1997, at The Concord Resort Hotel. I took a 3 part original edit, and re-edited that into a 2 part program. Slam Allen came into my staging area, and gave us nice performance. This program has a roaming camera, and interviews with blues heads at B2k. Andy Falco from Water Street Blues Band spent a few moments sharing his insight on Blues. I have to thank Mike Moss for the invite, and the years he made me a part of Blues 2000. And Gery Giliberti who traveled with me, supporting the weekend, the back up hand drumming, and video taping. Also his behind the scenes work with set ups, and tear downs of the Zen staging.

  • Program 01-1101 "Slaming with Slam" Blues 2000 & 1, gave us a 3 day Blues Festival. Up state New York, on Saturday, a warm setting, out doors, Slam Allen graced the stage. I met Slam at my first B2K festival, and he played acoustic within my staging area. (Another 3 part TV show). Here we have Slam, playing with all his heart, as usual. He can be found on the internet at www.soulworkingman.com And make no mistake, he is a hard working soul man, big on blues, and warm on smiles. Enjoy Sam. He is currently singing and playing with The James Cotton Band, travelling all over. Catch him, when he travels into your town! And for those of Blues 2000 fans, I will have many shows coming on line.

  • A Classic Zenbock program, first aired fall, 2000. This is, Blues 2000, & Beyond, The Endless Blues Festival, taped by the Zen Cam, up state New York, in Ellenville, at The Neverlee Grande Resort.. Mike Moss Promoter. (Andrea Kopp, blues yoga,) (Kerry Kearney, within the Swiss Chalet, and some of Kerry's favourite footage I taped) (Ken "The Rocket Korb") Out door stage, with The Shade, rifting and setting up, and playing, introduced by Buddy Fox) (John Sebastian) This program captures the feel of the day of Blues 2000. The nightlife is another entirely different look, and sound. So we have the Saturday late night "Lobby Blues JAM", actually about 2 AM, Sunday morning. The jam is led by Ken "the Rocket" Korb. But we focus here on the warm day, and the many who shared this wonderment of blues culture, captured within Blues 2000, and Beyond. Edited by Zenbock.
