He was born in 1938In 1999. He got a B.A. in Arabic language and literature. He got a Diploma in educational accreditation in 1966. Then, he joined the university of Leon (The Lebanon Branch) where he got an M.A. in Arabic literature. He got a Ph.D. in education from Dublin University, Britain.
